What interior designers usually ask.
If your question is not here, ask the chat in the bottom right corner. It answers everything, prices included.
The system
What is LakberAI?
The all-in-one studio software for interior designers: an AI website assistant, an enquiry and client manager, photo-to-render visuals, a quote and contract builder, a client portal, a procurement list and automations, in one place. According to my own October 2026 survey, none of the global tools I compared puts an AI website assistant, photo-to-render visuals, quotes and a client portal into one system at a flat monthly fee.
What does it replace?
Folders and spreadsheets for clients, quotes and procurement, the separate chat on your website, searching through Instagram and WhatsApp messages, the outsourced render before the contract, and a custom-built client database if you have one. It is meant to replace them, not to sit next to them.
What works today, and what is still being built?
You can try the studio software itself today: start the free 14-day trial on the Try it page. The enquiry and client manager, projects and rooms, renders inside a project, itemised quotes as PDF with online acceptance, the client portal and the procurement list are live, in English. The AI website assistant is the chat in the bottom right corner. The contract and deposit invoice, the automatic follow-ups and reminders and the data migration go live for the first 3 founding partner studios within 8 weeks of signing, with the deadline in the contract. If I miss it, I refund the fees paid so far.
Who is behind LakberAI?
I am Tokár Ádám, a sole trader in Gyula, Hungary. I build, set up and maintain the system myself. I also build AI assistants and automations for other industries.
Does it replace SketchUp, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD?
No. Your design software stays: measured drawings and construction documents are made there. This system covers the rest of the client journey: enquiry, first visual, quote, approval and procurement.
Is the software in English?
Yes. Start the free trial from the English site and the whole app is in English: the screens, the emails, the quotes and the client portal your clients see, with prices in euros. The website assistant replies in the language your visitor writes in.
Renders
What is the AI render good for, and what not?
It shows mood and direction before the contract: style, colours, materials and furniture. It is not a measured design: it may shift a window or the proportions, the furniture in it is not a specific product you can order, and no construction drawing (tiling layout, kitchen unit sizes, building services) can be made from it. That is why every image is labelled as an illustration, and none reaches the client without your approval.
If clients get a free render, will they still pay for design?
The image shows the mood. The measured design, the procurement and the site supervision remain your paid work. You decide when and in what depth the client sees it, and nothing goes out without your approval.
How long does a render take?
Usually about a minute. You can try it on your own photo on the Try it page, 3 renders a day for free.
Who owns the image?
You have the right to use it with your clients. Whether an AI-generated image is protected by copyright is an open legal question, so the contract settles the usage rights; the final design documents remain your professional work.
Can clients order the furniture shown in the render?
I do not promise that. The image shows similar pieces; the products you actually specify come from the procurement list and the supplier product page. The system makes no promise about product availability.
Pricing and billing
How much does it cost?
Solo: €99 a month, Studio: €249 a month, Office: €449 a month, Agency: from €899 a month. Monthly billing has a one-time setup fee (€790 for Studio); paid yearly you pay 10 monthly fees for 12 months and no setup fee (Studio: €2,490 a year). Prices are in EUR. I invoice as a Hungarian sole trader under the Hungarian small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to my invoice. Business customers in other EU countries account for any VAT due in their own country under the reverse charge.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in EUR. I invoice as a Hungarian sole trader under the Hungarian small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to my invoice. Business customers in other EU countries account for any VAT due in their own country under the reverse charge.
Do I pay per user?
No. The monthly fee is flat and includes a number of users (Solo 1, Studio 3, Office 8, Agency 25). As you grow, add a user for €25 a month or move up a package.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
The monthly subscription can be cancelled in writing with 30 days notice. Your data (clients, quotes, files) can be exported at any time, and you can download it for 30 days after you leave. If you pay yearly and it does not work for you, I refund the full fee within 60 days.
What is a founding partner?
The first 3 studios pay 50% of the list price of their package for as long as the subscription runs without a break (Studio: €125 a month). First a 14-day free trial without a card, then you pay the discounted fee monthly, with no prepayment. In return: a 30-minute feedback call each week for the first 3 months, a case study with numbers and 2 referrals. 3 of 3 places are open.
Can I sign up online?
Yes. Enter your email address on the Try it page and you get a sign-in link: 14 days free, no bank card, everything in English. To subscribe, press Subscribe in the app: within 1 working day I send a written offer and a contract, and the subscription starts once both are signed.
Data and security
Photos of my clients' homes are personal data. What happens to them?
I sign a written data processing agreement with every studio (GDPR Article 28). Transfers are encrypted, I delete on request, and photos uploaded to the Try it page are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Where do the prices in a quote come from? How is custom furniture priced?
From your own prices. There is no price list and the software never invents a price: the quote holds what you enter, from the price your joiner or supplier gave you. For custom furniture you can put the fronts, carcass, hardware and worktop on separate lines. The system adds your markup per line or overall, totals it, and when the joiner changes a price you edit one number.
Can my client see my markup?
No. In the client portal the client sees the sale price only; the trade price and the markup are in your view only.
What if you, as a one-person business, disappear?
Your data can be exported at any time, and the contract covers the data handover and a 30-day exit period; annual fees come with a 60-day refund.
Getting started
How much work is the setup?
I move your clients and live projects over from folders and spreadsheets myself, free of the setup fee for founding partners. I set up the website assistant from your own texts, prices and style; all I need from you is a 30-minute call.
My clients will not use a portal. Does it still work?
Yes. The portal is optional: approvals work from an email link, and the chat asks for a phone number if the client prefers to talk.
How can I see it live?
Start the free 14-day trial on the Try it page and use it in your own studio, upload a room photo there for a render, ask in the chat, or book a 15-minute demo call on the Contact page.
See it on a photo of your own room.
Upload a photo, pick a style, and in about a minute you see what your client could get before signing.
